Continual calling - accessed my unlisted number - won't quit calling me day or night

This number calls people registered with the FTC's do-not-call registry to announce that they have won a cruise or other valuable prize worth $2500. The recorded message informs you that your name and number was because you entered some on-line contest. The number gives you the option of being entered into their do not call list by inputting some number on the phone-pad. Since I am in the do-not-call registry this should not be necessary. Furthermore, since I have never entered my name or number into any on-line contest, the operators of this phone number are more that unscrupulous cheats, they are also liars.
