SPAM CALL- no one responds or leaves a msg

Don't want to be bothered by this caller.

Calling every day our cell phone. Asks to call 1866-999-3340. "DO not call list " does not stop these calls.

Has been calling me a couple of times a week for several weeks. Doesn't leave message. Once I answered and they started talking as if reading a script...some kind of telemarketing

Have had a few calls this past week. I never answer but it sure is getting old. And I am on the DO NOT CALL registry. Grrrrrrrr

This number calls me at least once a day, I have asked them to stop but they won't, It wants me to answer questions about children getting cancer from cell phones. The lady won't shut up.

I received another call from this number on my cell phone as my family and I were at the funeral home making Dad's arrangements. I then called 1-866-999-3340, another number representing 312-201-6801 and spoke to Ms. Johnson. She was the nicest person. At first she didn't understand that I'd spoken to a live representative and had already asked that my number be removed from their list. I told her I'd been rather rude, but that I'd been sitting at the beside of my dying Father. I apologized for my rudeness, but explained I needed every minute on our cell phone to call people about what was going on with Dad, and had no idea how they were able to access my number. She explained that a computer had chosen my number by random from an area bank of cell numbers. This soft spoken lady seemed shocked that my number hadn't been taken off the list, at the time I'd told the live representative I didn't want to receive further calls. I told her since I'd made the request, I had received about one call every day since. I told her that Dad had since passed away, and that I needed these calls to stop. She was so nice. She took my cell phone number off the list right as we were speaking. I have to say--I was surprised at her sweet attitude. I thanked her for her kindness and I believe all is well, and I won't be hearing from these people again. If I do receive another call from them--I will then find it necessary to report them to Illinois Bell Telephone Company (312) 727-9411.
