Got call from this number, assume it's yet again a spam call when I said hello the called hung up

We continue to get calls at all hours from this number and they refuse to remove our number from their list.

Unsolicited calls to cell phone - COSTS ME MONEY - State Atty General needs to pursue these people as it is costing unsuspected cell phone owners MONEY for their calls!!!!

I recevied a text from this number and it said "hey Dennis" then "do u use y!cause msg me my id is txtflirty5" then " Opps...mi lphone's about to die:( I do not know this person and told them so. I then found out it is a telemarketer.
