FRAUD! SCAMThis person, Kellyfrom a Real collection agency, Pacific Collections Bureau, sent a letter to my parents home with a collections bill $864.00 from 2009. They then called my dads business, trying to say I work there and asking for my personal info. I called her giving her my address and asked what this bill was. She claimed it was from a radiology office and gave me their number. I called them and they said I had nothing in collections or owed, and confirmed I was never there on the dates they claimed I had medical services. So I asked this Kelly to send me the original bills and we'd go from there, even though she insisted I just set up a payment plan first which I declined. Two days later I get a letter from her in the mail saying they canceled the debt and will remove it from my credit report! I called her asking why this is and she appologized and said I never owed it, it should have never been sent to collections and she would take it off my credit report which was lowered because if Her! I know this was a fradulent scam from the collection agency because luckily the radiology office told me to request the original bill before paying Any money- because an original bill did Not Exist! People like that should be prosecuted and lost their job! Thank god I didn't pay anything but it can happen to anyone out there!
