Have received numerous messages from ARS and Rick Sullivan (715-257-3217) about a debt owed by someone named Patricia with my last name. Patricia evidently gave me as a reference to get them off her back. I have told them more than once that this person doesn't live at my house and I have absolutely no idea who she is. Maybe I should sue them!

Called them back and told them they were mistaken. He was insistent that I owed money. I have not received anything in the mail, and he told me that I wouldn't. Became upset when I asked how I could validate the debt if I wouldn't receive a bill.?. Wanted to sent me something to sign saying I owed....
