Person knows my name and information but gave me a fake name and has been harassing me since February 27.

Call came in to Do Not Call registered cell phone

someone from this number called my 83 year old grandmother and threatened her bodily harm if she didnt pay up.

I am not interested in anything a telemarketer has to sell and especially don't appreciate any of then intruding on my privacy and calling my cell phone number. I would love to have an app that would recognize a telemarketer and block the call.

Reporting these calls to the "do not call" office will not do much good. The next time they call they will use a different #. The best thing you can do is call the FTC (Federal Trade Commission). Once you do they will give you a Reference #. Write the phone # down, long with your reference #. The FTC will ask you to call them again if/when you get another call using your reference #. They are doing all they can to remedy this but they need all the info we can give them in order to do so. I know it's annoying & we shouldn't have to do such things, but getting these calls is much MORE annoying in my book. I feel better about doing something about it, rather than just put up with it!!!

This caller calls every day asking for money to remove my outstanding credit card debt. I have told them numerous times that I am on the do not call list and they still continue to call me.
