called saying a civil complaint has been filed..the caller said her nsme was Heather Sanders.

Joe Bridges (?) called my wife and scared the crap out of her saying they had ab order to get our son and this was his last chance. Joe had "the order" in his hand and if our son didnt call this numberhe would have to serve the papers implying he would be arrested. I called the number and a guy who would only give his name as "statewide" told me no one from that office makes any calls. I gave him the case number Joe gave my wife then they disconnected the call. Joe soon called me stating the same. I asked for more info, he could not share. He said he had the order in his hand. I asked what court issued it and he said Oklahoma County. I called the courr spoke to two different units and neither very helpful perso could find a court order on me or my son. Now i find out they are calling my other kids and passing the same kind of info. Very unscrupulous and man, liars, trying to scare anyone they can associate with their target.

They threatened me and said if I did not pay a bill that I would go to jail. I told them I never had that bill, if they could send me verification of the bill, they say they don't have to. I will see verification before I go to jail. I have not any idea of what they are talking about.

These people have claimed everything from being the IRS Collectors to just finally getting around to a automated call to deliver a document.

Company not named or ever heard of , which I looked up and found it to be Hall Automotive Group, which I have never heard of.

A Todd Callahan left a message saying that I am about to be served at my job or home in a couple of days, call him to try to resolve an issue before it get that far. He does not say who he is representing or what it is about. His number is 855-208-6794 wiith an extension & case #. Right after he hangs up, I get a message from Amera or America (877)630-6369, saying that she is calling from FCS to set me up with a mediator who will represent me in court. She says someone is pending a charge against me & I the should call this mediator at 855-817-4983. They want me to be privy to who is filing, what the charge is, & what the mediator can do about it on my behalf. Callahan did not say what company he is representing or the name of his company. They keep calling and leaving messages. I just listened to them today. I had 24 messages since Dec. 25th. I don't answer calls from #s I do not recognize. I know the companies that I have accounts with and none of them is an 855 #. I have never heard of FCS.

We got a call several times from this number. The man said he was a professional locator who is trying to serve papers for court. The company that is suing is willing to settle out of court but must hear from you in 48 hrs or they will file with the court. I have filed a complaint with the Consumer Protection Bureau and waiting for paperwork to arrive. They weren't familiar with this no#. but, she told me there are certain things collectors CAN'T do and this person violated all of them. I was told to ask for paperwork of this so called bill. They must provide a bill before they sue. Don't pay them! They are a scam.

Has called my mother, grandmother and my ex mother in law.....saying there is a lawsuit in pending against me to be filed Monday. When my mother asked who they were or what it was about he said he couldn't tell her, but if she verified the last 4 of my ssn then he could ha...and told that it was something from back in March 2012???! If they really were some type of Abritration or Collections then they should have that information?! AND if they can call everyone and their mother then they should be able to get mine right??? Bagh not happy because I have no idea if this is a scam or real and they want my info from me to "verify" and THEN they can share info.... I googled the number and it was attached to BANDWIDTH.COM and then when I called the greeting did not say the company name other than "Recovery Processing"....
