They just told us to please call this number back and didn't tell us what it was for or who it was

I have a $22.00 debit on my checking account from them. It looks like it may be a magazine subscription, but I have not ordered or authorized this payment. I was able to get automated help and appears it was a subscription to Southern Living. There were several offers made with I answered "no" to and in the end I was told I would be receiving a full refund within 2 days.

Got roped into a magazine scam although I did not know it was that at the time until I received a $122.00 charge against my bank account on 3/11/16 the only thing I could get out of the description of the charge is the phone 855-226-0429. I called that number & it is an automated system that will not allow me to cancel, find out what the charge is for or even speak to a human being. Called m y bank & they will change my card I used to pay for the initial magazines but they can't reverse the charges even though I was not notified.

Called TMESUB to state I did not purchase item ... was told by Kiley a refund would happen instead a new (different) item was purchased.

Charge on my account for something not ordered

A young woman came door to door in 2013 and i made the mistake of ordering a magazine subscription as a gift. On New Years Eve 2016 we tried to pay our phone bill and there wasnt enough money in the account due to this magazine company making un authorized charges on our account. The quickest remedy is to cancel credit or bank card immediately. They will keep doing it otherwise

A charge was added to my credit card from this phone number. I did NOT authorize this transaction.

$45 charge on my Visa for Readers Digest which I never ordered. I Called - they were to remove but have not to date - will have bank not pay. I asked how they got my acct. number - would not answer.

calls my number every day for months! no msg left on my voicemail and when I call back its a recording to hold for rep. I asked them who they are and whats it regarding. I said I will not give out my personal info until u tell me who u are and what does your business want with me and they wont say no more.
