I placed $25.00 on my phone so that my son, who is in Placer County Jail, could call me. The web site claims they service Placer County, a gentlemen that I talked to also verified that they serviced Placer County. Global Tel Like, does not service Placer County Jail, IC Solutions does. I called today to have my money returned back to me and was told, that I am only entitled to $18.05, the balance was a service fee and non-refundable. I expressed my opinion that since they did not provide a service, I would like my full amount of $25.00 refunded. I again was told I am only entitled to $18.05. I told them to send the refund, and that I would be filing a complaint with the BBB. The reply from them was is there anything else we can do for you. I still feel I am entitled to a full refund since they did not do a service for me.
