part of a telemarketing group calling from different numbers in a row.

Collector calls at my place of employment. The collector calls with a harassing and threatening me with lawsuits. When I questioned the collector for written information to validate debt they refused to supply the necessary information. This is against the FADCP laws.

This number calls me at my work with threatening and harrassing demeanor. Refuses to verify any information that they have and have demanded payment from me

Was called about 3 years to purchase a floor sealent for cement or wood to be used in a company power washing company I was trying to start. I was sent 1 gallon of a floor sealent called DuraCoat. I never used the product because I couldn't get my company started. I was then contacted recently and told that when I bought the first gallon that I also agreed to buy 5 or 6 more. I told them at that time that I was out of business and didn't need it. And I don't recall agreeing to purchasing more. In June when I was called they also told me that in order to not receive any more that I had to buy one more gallon and all would be resolved. I recieved the one gallon and had purchased it on my American Express Credit card. for $112.89 that included frieght. Today I received another call from another man who said he was the general manager who said he had been with the company for 20 years that said I still had to buy 4 or 5 more gallons or they would put my order in default and would be charged an additional $500 for restocking charges. And when I refused he said they would sue me for the money which would be over $1100. That's where it stands. At this time I can not locate the company by using the computer or the phone numbers on reverse search. The numbers used are the above number and 800-790-2570.
