Misrepresented as being someone else.

this is a company called Debt Management PartnersLLC for River Bend PayDay loans.

they have left several voicemails on my phone saying I owe money for a payday loan I opened back in Jan of 2011 and never paid back. I called the number back and they are not able to show me any documentation on this loan. I spoke to my bank and there is no record of this said loan that they said I took out. My bank confirmed that it is indeed a scam.

they called and didn't leave a name said they were a bill collector and I needed to call them back but called me from a different nember 844-742-0019

They call and going to serve me papers and I will have to pay $350.00. Please let me know who this number belongs to.

The recording says they are trying to collect a debt, but no such debt exists.

Individual contacted me from this company. Extremely unprofessional. They did not state they were a debt collector. I researched the Internet for the company, could not find any information. I had called back to speak to the manager. It took them numerous times to try and get me to his voicemail. They did not state that they were a debt collector, they stated that an individual with my last name applied for a loan.

bill collector who calls, calls, calls and uses different names, won't say who the company is, etc. uses 1/707/412/7563 as well.
