Landline not associated with OnStar but claimed they were. Typical spoof call unable to be traced. Watch out for this one!

landline asking me to give update on my Onstar Service thru ATT onstar is a GM service and not associated with ATT

I experienced the same thing as the above complaint. Stay away from this company as they change their name every few months but offer the same "free trial offer". I called the first time and waited on hold for 20 mins before hanging up. The second time I called for return address, the CS Rep was so rude and constantly cut me off from talking. She said she did not want to deal with this and had to put me on hold while she stepped away from here desk...I sat my phone down and walked away. The third time a CS Rep told me he could give me the address but I will not be credited regardless. In dispute now.

message says they are from state unemployment trying to return a refund. Yeah, right!!

I get several calls a day from this number I have now blocked the number on my phone
