foreign accent , said he was from Publisher's Clearinghouse. I hung up. He called again 15 minutes later. I asked who this was and told him he already called. He called me foul names and hung up. Area code is for Jamaica.

Got a call from phone number 562-443-7349 on my caller ID. When I called the number back I got a recording referring me to phone number 876-285-0920 if I need to make a claim payment. I called the number and got a guy with a foreign accent asking me if I needed to make a payment. I asked him what company he was with and the said “Publisher Clearinghouse”. I asked for his address and he said “California”. I told him I wanted his complete business address and he hung up. This is obviously a scam trying to get people to part with their hard earned cash.
