Some type of police association asking for donations at 10 PM at night

Call identified as from American Express. According to American Express it is not one of their phone numbers. Obvious fraud.

I have no idea who this is. Possibly collections or spam.

Every morning we keep getting calls from this number. We have an answering machine, however, they will not leave theit name nor the reason they are calling. I would like to block them fro our telephone but do not know how. Thank you.

Yes a few calls and text messages

Unknown caller. I answered phone said hello several times could hear breathing and background noise but they refused to speak.

Did not receive an answer. Just hung up.
